  • Capable of managing MIS entries effectively.
  • Strong understanding of costing and familiarity with current market yarn prices.
  • Excellent knowledge of technical and production processes.
  • Skilled in assessing and establishing efficient merchandising operations and procedures.
  • Competent in effective communication for raw material sourcing, bookings, and delivery coordination.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact, build relationships, and work well within a team.
  • Well-groomed, professional, smart, and energetic.
  • Strong presentation and delivery skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on achieving precision.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Bangla and English.
  • Advanced IT proficiency, with expertise in MS Office (especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook).
  • Proactive, dynamic, and able to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Capable of multitasking, staying organized, and meeting deadlines.
