Responsibilities & Context

  • Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets through a proactive and results-driven approach.

  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers through cold calling, networking, market research, and other lead-generation activities.

  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering long-term loyalty.

  • Sales Support: Assist senior sales team members by preparing presentations, proposals, quotations, and other sales materials.

  • Sales Process Management: Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure, ensuring a positive and seamless customer experience.

  • Market Research: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies.

  • Sales Reporting: Track sales activities and performance metrics, and prepare regular reports for management review.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, customer service, and other internal teams to ensure a coordinated approach to sales and customer satisfaction.

  • Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of company products and services to effectively address customer needs and objections.

  • Client Communication: Maintain clear, professional, and consistent communication with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings.

  • Negotiation: Participate in sales negotiations to secure deals and maximize revenue.

  • Business Development: Proactively identify new business opportunities and evaluate potential strategic partnerships.

  • Proposal Preparation: Create compelling sales proposals, presentations, and quotations tailored to client requirements.

  • Customer Follow-up: Ensure timely follow-up on customer inquiries, orders, and complaints to maintain high service standards.

  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within the CRM system.

  • Events & Promotion: Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and conferences to promote company products and services.

  • Cross-selling & Upselling: Identify opportunities to promote additional products or services to existing clients.

  • Administrative Support: Handle additional sales-related administrative tasks as required.
