Procure locally available food items such as vegetables, fish, meat, and other cafeteria raw materials.
Ensure all purchased materials meet the quality standards set by the relevant departments.
Make sure materials are delivered to the cafeteria on time to keep operations running smoothly.
Identify, assess, and select dependable suppliers for ingredients and raw materials.
Track stock levels and initiate purchases to prevent shortages or excess inventory.
Assist in routine stock checks and inventory audits.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date stock records in both digital and manual systems.
Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
Store all food items and raw materials safely and in an organized manner.
Perform any additional duties assigned by the management.
