  • নিয়মিত field visit, extensive travel এবং প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী surprise audit পরিচালনায় আগ্রহী হতে হবে।
  • চাপের মধ্যে দক্ষতার সঙ্গে কাজ করে নির্ধারিত reporting deadline বজায় রাখতে সক্ষম হতে হবে।
  • মাঠ পর্যায়ে স্বাধীনভাবে audit কার্যক্রম পরিচালনার জন্য valid motorcycle driving license থাকলে অতিরিক্ত সুবিধা হিসেবে বিবেচিত হবে। 
 
 
 

Responsibilities & Context

A. Branch & Operational Audit

  • Conduct scheduled and surprise audits across CPF branches, covering production, operations, sales, administration, inventory, and documentation.

  • Review and validate key branch performance indicators such as DOC placement, mortality, FCR, body weight, EEF, farm grading, production costs, bird lifting, and sales against relevant supporting records.

  • Compare branch reports with farm-level data and actual physical conditions to identify discrepancies, reporting gaps, or irregularities.

  • Assess compliance with management directives, approved policies, SOPs, and previously issued audit recommendations, including necessary follow-up.

B. Farm Audit & Physical Verification

  • Perform routine and surprise physical audits of contract and rental farms.

  • Verify bird population, mortality, feed consumption, medicine/vaccine usage, body weight, and farm records against reported information.

  • Evaluate farm management practices, including brooding, feeding, watering, litter management, ventilation, biosecurity, vaccination, and seasonal preparedness.

  • Review Field Executive farm visits and assess the effectiveness of technical supervision.

  • Identify farms with high mortality, FCR, or E/F grades and investigate the underlying operational or management issues.

  • Confirm the existence, capacity, utilization, and compliance status of rental farms according to approved arrangements.

C. Accounts & Financial Audit

  • Review petty cash, operational expenses, farmer payments, trader/customer collections, and other financial transactions at branch level.

  • Verify vouchers, invoices, approvals, and supporting documents against company policies, procedures, and approved budgets.

  • Reconcile cash balances, farmer and trader ledgers, outstanding amounts, and payment or collection records where applicable.

  • Detect unauthorized expenses, duplicate claims, unsupported transactions, unusual activities, and other financial discrepancies.

  • Promptly report suspected fraud, misappropriation, manipulation, or significant financial irregularities to management.

D. Inventory & Stock Audit

  • Conduct physical verification of vaccines, medicines, disinfectants, equipment, and other consumable items against stock and system records.

  • Review stock receiving, issuing, transferring, consumption, return, damage, and expiry records.

  • Ensure compliance with FIFO/FEFO procedures, appropriate storage conditions, cold-chain requirements, and inventory hygiene standards.

  • Investigate unusual consumption patterns, stock shortages or excesses, expired items, and unexplained inventory variances.

E. Survey, Market & Industry Analysis

  • Farm Survey: Assess existing and potential farms based on capacity, infrastructure, production capability, management practices, location, and potential for CPF expansion.

  • Area Survey: Identify suitable areas for farm expansion, rental operations, production growth, infrastructure development, transportation access, biosecurity, and overall operational feasibility.

  • Market Survey: Analyze poultry demand, prevailing market prices, competitor activities, trader/customer opportunities, consumption trends, sales prospects, and potential new markets.

  • Document significant SOP deviations with appropriate evidence and recommend suitable Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).

  • Follow up with responsible personnel to ensure major audit findings and SOP deviations are properly resolved and closed.

F. Sales, Bird Lifting & Documentation Audit

  • Verify bird lifting and sales information, including quantity, weight, selling rate, trader/customer details, and delivery documentation.

  • Compare sales rates with approved/RO rates and investigate unusual variations in rates, weight, or mortality.

  • Review trader/customer outstanding balances, collection records, and compliance with approved payment terms.

  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of farmer agreements, flock records, vaccination records, stock registers, sales documents, and expense records.

  • Reconcile physical documents, MIS/system information, and actual field conditions to ensure consistency and accuracy.

G. Audit Reporting & Corrective Action

  • Prepare comprehensive branch and farm audit reports covering key observations, financial impacts, SOP deviations, risks, and recommended corrective measures.

  • Classify audit findings as Critical, Major, or Minor based on their operational, financial, and compliance-related risks.

  • Discuss audit findings with relevant Branch Managers/Branch Coordinators and escalate significant issues to the Director – CPF / GM – CPF.

  • Maintain an Audit Observation & CAPA Tracker containing responsible personnel, target completion dates, and closure status.

  • Conduct follow-up audits or verification to confirm that recommended corrective actions have been properly and effectively implemented.
