đš Reporting & Project Coordination
- The Junior Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Engineer will work according to project timelines and assigned deliverables
- Report directly to the SQA Lead regarding testing progress, identified issues, risks, and quality concerns
- Provide regular updates on test execution, defect status, and release readiness throughout the software development lifecycle
- Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure product quality and successful project delivery
Responsibilities & Context
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Engineer to support software quality assurance activities across web and mobile application projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing test cases, identifying software defects, maintaining testing documentation, and ensuring software products meet quality standards before release.

đš Software Testing & Quality Assurance
- Conduct manual testing for web applications, mobile applications, and software systems
- Review business requirements, technical specifications, and user stories to understand testing requirements
- Design and execute comprehensive test scenarios and test cases
- Perform:
- Functional Testing
- Regression Testing
- Usability Testing
- User Interface (UI) Testing
- System Validation Testing
đš Defect Management & Verification
- Identify, document, and report software bugs and defects using bug-tracking tools
- Track defects throughout the software development lifecycle
- Collaborate with developers to verify bug fixes and perform retesting activities
- Ensure reported issues are properly resolved before release
đš Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare and maintain:
- Test Plans
- Test Cases
- Test Execution Reports
- Defect Logs
- QA Documentation
- Maintain accurate testing records and project quality documentation
- Generate testing status reports and communicate quality metrics to stakeholders
đš Agile Collaboration & Process Improvement
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint reviews, and QA discussions
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and Project Managers
- Support continuous improvement of software testing processes and quality standards
- Contribute to quality assurance best practices and testing methodologies
đš Release Validation & UAT Support
- Ensure software releases meet defined quality benchmarks before deployment
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and coordinate feedback collection
- Assist in validating production-ready releases and final quality verification processes
- Participate in final release reviews and QA sign-off procedures
