  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Previous experience in telesales or customer service is preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce REPLIQ Limited's products and services.
  • Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and active listening.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and pain points.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop tailored solutions and proposals that address client requirements.
  • Meet and exceed call targets and KPIs to contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.
