Junior UI/UX Designer

Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and user-centric UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences for web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs, transform ideas into functional interfaces, and deliver exceptional user experiences through modern design practices.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Design intuitive, user-friendly, and visually engaging interfaces for web and mobile applications.

✔ Create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.

✔ Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders throughout the entire product design lifecycle.

✔ Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather user feedback to continuously improve the user experience.

✔ Design responsive interfaces that provide a seamless experience across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.

✔ Maintain consistency across products by following and enhancing the company's design system, UI guidelines, and branding standards.

✔ Prepare design assets, specifications, and documentation for smooth developer handoff.

✔ Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of UI designs.

✔ Optimize user journeys by improving accessibility, usability, and interaction design.

✔ Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, design methodologies, and emerging technologies.

✔ Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to enhance product usability and customer satisfaction.

✔ Perform any other design-related responsibilities assigned by management.

Educational Requirements

✔ Bachelor's/Honors degree in any discipline. Preference will be given to candidates with backgrounds in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field.

Experience Requirements

✔ 1–3 years of professional experience in UI/UX Design.

Skills & Competencies

✔ Proven experience designing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.

✔ Strong understanding of User-Centered Design (UCD), Information Architecture, Responsive Design, Accessibility, and Interaction Design.

✔ Ability to create wireframes, user journeys, mockups, prototypes, design systems, and high-fidelity interfaces.

✔ Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and familiarity with Tailwind CSS will be considered an advantage.

✔ Strong visual design skills, including typography, color theory, spacing, layout, iconography, and component-based design.

✔ Excellent communication, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
