TecHHub Bangladesh is seeking a Junior UX/UI Designer to contribute to the design and development of digital products. The role focuses on translating business requirements into clean, user-friendly, and high-quality interfaces. The ideal candidate should be proficient with Figma, comfortable collaborating with Business Analysts, and skilled in leveraging AI-assisted design tools like prompt engineering and Figma Make to streamline the design process.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with the Business Analyst and project stakeholders to understand requirements.
Design clear user flows, wireframes, low-fidelity, and high-fidelity UI screens for web and mobile applications.
Utilize Figma Make, AI tools, and prompt engineering to generate and refine design concepts.
Ensure consistency in layout, spacing, typography, and accessibility across all UI screens.
Prepare well-organized Figma files, export assets, and provide developer-ready specifications.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including BAs, developers, QA, and senior designers.
Present design concepts, receive feedback constructively, and iterate designs efficiently.
Support development and QA teams by reviewing UI builds to ensure visual accuracy.
Stay updated on the latest UX/UI trends, accessibility standards, and AI-driven design workflows.
