Junior UX/UI Designer

• Minimum 1 year of UX/UI design experience.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality UX/UI work is required.

• Proficiency in Figma, including auto-layout, components, variants, and prototyping.

• Solid understanding of UX/UI principles, navigation patterns, and accessibility standards.

• Excellent communication skills in Bengali and English.

• Eagerness to learn, grow, and take initiative.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with AI-powered design tools and Figma plugins.

• Experience with prompt engineering and AI-assisted design workflows.

• Basic knowledge of usability and interaction design.

The role focuses on translating business requirements into clean, user-friendly, and high-quality interfaces. The ideal candidate should be proficient with Figma, comfortable collaborating with Business Analysts, and skilled in leveraging AI-assisted design tools like prompt engineering and Figma Make to streamline the design process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the Business Analyst and project stakeholders to understand requirements.

• Design clear user flows, wireframes, low-fidelity, and high-fidelity UI screens for web and mobile applications.

• Utilize Figma Make, AI tools, and prompt engineering to generate and refine design concepts.

• Ensure consistency in layout, spacing, typography, and accessibility across all UI screens.

• Prepare well-organized Figma files, export assets, and provide developer-ready specifications.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including BAs, developers, QA, and senior designers.

• Present design concepts, receive feedback constructively, and iterate designs efficiently.

• Support development and QA teams by reviewing UI builds to ensure visual accuracy.

• Stay updated on the latest UX/UI trends, accessibility standards, and AI-driven design workflows.
