Education


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering (CSE, EEE, ECE preferred); an MBA is an added advantage.

  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to client needs.
Skills:
  • Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills to foster lasting client relationships and drive business growth.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software to manage sales activities and client databases efficiently.
Competencies:
  • Highly motivated, result-oriented, and adept at handling multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a client-centric approach.

Responsibilities & Context

Client Relationship Management:

  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with corporate clients to foster loyalty and drive sales growth.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for corporate accounts to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
Business Development:
  • Identify new business opportunities and design strategies to expand the corporate client portfolio.
  • Conduct market research to understand client needs and identify potential sales leads.
Customized Solutions:
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product managers and technical support, to create tailored solutions that meet corporate clients' specific requirements.
Sales Cycle Management:
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation, proposal development, and negotiation, to deal closure and follow-up support.
Operational Coordination:
  • Oversee product delivery, invoicing, and after-sales service, ensuring smooth processes and high client satisfaction.
Performance Reporting:
  • Generate and present regular sales performance reports, including insights and recommendations, to the management team.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Handle tasks and projects assigned by the management, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
