Make sure dirty food trays (containing waste food) are disposed of in the garbage bin properly. After cleaning, store trays in the designated signage rack.
Use the correct cleaning chemicals in the pot-washing area and ensure pots are stored properly in their specific designated areas.
Ensure all racks and refrigerators are cleaned daily using approved cleaning chemicals.
Maintain awareness of hygiene, cleaning, and health safety protocols.
Before the end of each shift, clean all work areas and arrange utensils properly for the next shift.
