Additional Requirements
Candidates must have at least a postgraduate degree or equivalent from a recognized university. However, preference will be given to candidates with qualifications in Economics, Commerce, or Social Science.
Practical experience in working with MRA-certified and PKSF-funded organizations is essential. Preference will be given to candidates with expertise in monitoring, supervision, and loan assessment.
Candidates must have the ability to prepare reports in both English and Bengali.
Responsibilities & Context
With financial support from the Palli Karma-Sahayak Foundation (PKSF), Nowabenki Gonomukhi Foundation (NGF) has been implementing various development initiatives, alongside microcredit programs, for the past 37 years in the southwestern coastal regions of Bangladesh—specifically in the upazilas of Satkhira, Jashore, and Khulna districts.
Nowabenki Gonomukhi Foundation (NGF) is a nationally recognized non-governmental organization (NGO) certified by the Microcredit Regulatory Authority (MRA) with Certificate No. 01519-00587-00345.
Currently, NGF is seeking applications from qualified and interested candidates for immediate recruitment under its ongoing microcredit program in its project areas, subject to the conditions outlined for the following position(s).
