Job Context:
Our GCC-based Diagnostic & Hospital Unit is expanding its laboratory services and is seeking skilled and dedicated Lab Technologists. The ideal candidates will perform high-quality diagnostic tests, ensure accurate reporting, and maintain international laboratory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests, including Hematology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Serology, and Immunology.
Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot automated analyzers and laboratory equipment.
Ensure proper sample collection, processing, and storage according to established protocols.
Verify test results for accuracy before reporting.
Maintain quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA) standards.
Follow laboratory safety, hygiene, and infection control policies.
Assist physicians and nursing staff with diagnostic support as required.
Maintain proper documentation, logs, and equipment calibration records.
Identify abnormal results and promptly report critical values.
Support the Lab Manager in overall laboratory operations as needed.
