• Serve as the lead auditor for selected schemes, overseeing the entire audit process.
• Ensure the efficient delivery of audits in compliance with global procedures, scheme requirements, and client Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Meet agreed turnaround times for reporting and other deliverables.
• Provide technical guidance to the back office and sales teams as needed.
• Conduct technical reviews of reports submitted by other auditors to ensure accuracy and adherence to standards.
• Actively cultivate relationships through existing networks to enhance industry collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Stay updated on current trends and client expectations in the auditing field.
• Ensure full compliance with the company's Code of Integrity & Professional Conduct and Impartiality Policy, and promote adherence among others.
• Gather, interpret, and distribute updates on relevant laws, regulations, acts, and SOPs to keep the audit team informed and ensure compliance.
• Observe other auditors to assess the effectiveness of their auditing practices and maintain team competence.
• Lead and organize the audit team before, during, and after audits for the assigned projects.
• Mentor auditors and provide on-the-job training to support their professional growth.
• Conduct observations of other auditors to evaluate and maintain their auditing competence.
