Develop and execute corporate sales strategies to meet revenue objectives and expand ISHO’s corporate customer base.

Identify new business prospects, target potential corporate clients, and build a strong sales pipeline across relevant industries.

Lead, supervise, and support the corporate sales team to achieve individual and collective sales goals.

Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key corporate clients, business partners, and decision-makers to promote sustainable growth.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities, identifying strategic opportunities to strengthen ISHO’s position in the corporate furniture sector.

Supervise the development of sales proposals, quotations, and presentations, and lead commercial negotiations to secure profitable contracts.

Coordinate with internal departments, including Operations, Supply Chain, and Customer Service, to ensure efficient order processing and timely product delivery.

Track sales performance, revenue growth, client acquisition, and team productivity, preparing regular performance reports for management.

Implement client retention strategies, encourage repeat purchases, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Represent ISHO at corporate meetings, industry events, exhibitions, and networking engagements to enhance brand visibility and generate new business leads.
