  • Extensive experience in content creation and digital marketing.
  • Deep understanding of brand positioning, messaging, and consumer behavior.
  • Strong understanding of analytics, with the ability to use data to drive strategy and decision-making.
  • Proficient in content management systems (CMS), social media platforms, SEO tools, and marketing automation systems.
  • Creative, strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling.

Responsibilities & Context

As the Lead of Brand Communications, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive brand communication strategies that reflect the company’s mission, vision, and values. You will lead the brand positioning and ensure consistency in messaging across all touchpoints. Additionally, you will oversee the content strategy, creating compelling narratives that drive engagement, loyalty, and growth. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and leadership to ensure the company’s brand stands out in a competitive market.


  • Develop and execute a clear, cohesive brand strategy that supports the company’s vision and business goals.
  • Lead brand positioning, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels, including digital, print, and media.
  • Work closely with leadership to define and refine the brand’s core values, mission, and vision.
  • Oversee market research and customer insights to continuously assess brand perception and identify areas for brand growth.
  • Manage and guide the evolution of the brand, ensuring it remains relevant and resonates with target audiences.
 
Brand Communication & Campaigns:
  • Lead the development of brand communication strategies across all mediums, including social media, advertising, public relations, and content.
  • Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to ensure that all marketing campaigns align with the brand’s voice and objectives.
  • Design and execute integrated campaigns that enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and loyalty.
  • Ensure all brand messaging reflects a unified tone, style, and visual identity.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and partners for brand communications and campaign execution.
 
 
Content Strategy & Management:
  • Develop and manage the content marketing strategy, including SEO, blogs, whitepapers, webinars, and thought leadership content.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that supports the brand’s goals and enhances brand visibility.
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of all content types, including blogs, social media, video, white papers, case studies, and more.
  • Ensure content is optimized for SEO, engaging, and aligned with the needs and interests of the target audience.
  • Oversee content calendars, ensuring timely and relevant content production across platforms.
  • Monitor content performance and make data-driven decisions to improve engagement and reach.
 
 
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the brand and content team to foster a high-performance culture.
  • Ensure team members have clear objectives and measurable goals that align with company priorities.
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Product) to ensure brand consistency and effective cross-functional execution.
  • Work closely with external stakeholders, including PR agencies, influencers, and content partners.
 
 
Brand Performance & Analytics:
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of brand strategies and content initiatives.
  • Use analytics to assess the impact of brand communications and adjust strategies to improve results.
  • Provide regular reports to senior leadership on brand performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
