  • 7+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or performance marketing in a tech/software environment.
  • Proven track record of driving growth and performance, particularly in user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Expertise in digital marketing channels such as SEM, SEO, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and analytics.
  • Strong understanding of data analytics, including A/B testing, cohort analysis, and growth metrics.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a high-performing team.
  • Hands-on experience with growth hacking techniques, digital advertising platforms, and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
 
 
Preferred Skills:
 
  • Experience in the software or SaaS industry.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Expertise in budget management and financial oversight for growth initiatives.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology.

Responsibilities & Context

The Lead of Growth & Performance will play a pivotal role in scaling our business by driving customer acquisition, retention, and overall revenue growth. This position requires a strong background in both growth strategies and digital marketing expertise. You will be responsible for leading cross-functional initiatives aimed at maximizing the company’s performance metrics and driving market expansion. In addition, you will oversee the digital marketing department, ensuring that digital campaigns align with overall business goals.


  • Develop and execute data-driven strategies to accelerate user acquisition, retention, and revenue generation.
  • Analyze customer lifecycle metrics, identify growth opportunities, and optimize conversion funnels.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and other teams to refine growth strategies and enhance customer experience.
  • Manage the end-to-end execution of growth marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Utilize data analytics to drive key business decisions and improve overall performance.
  • Lead market analysis and competitive research to identify emerging trends and areas for expansion.
 
 
Digital Marketing Leadership:
 
  • Lead and manage the digital marketing team to develop and implement online strategies for brand awareness, lead generation, and sales conversion.
  • Oversee paid media campaigns, SEO/SEM, email marketing, content marketing, social media, and affiliate marketing.
  • Guide the content marketing strategy, including SEO, blogs, whitepapers, webinars, and thought leadership content.
  • Ensure all digital campaigns align with the company's overall growth objectives and deliver measurable results.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns for maximum efficiency and performance, using A/B testing, segmentation, and customer insights.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to implement innovative digital marketing strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key digital marketing partners and platforms.
 
 
Team Management & Development:
 
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing digital marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Establish a strong performance management framework for team members, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they achieve individual and departmental targets.
