About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Lead QA Automation & AI Testing Engineer to lead quality assurance initiatives across our digital products, AI-powered applications, and enterprise software platforms. The successful candidate will play a key role in establishing testing standards, building automation frameworks, validating AI systems, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and reliable software solutions.

This position requires a combination of expertise in test automation, performance engineering, AI system validation, software quality assurance, and team leadership. The candidate will collaborate closely with Software Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Product Managers, Data Scientists, and AI teams to drive quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

QA Strategy & Leadership

✔ Define and implement the overall Quality Assurance strategy, standards, processes, and best practices across multiple projects.

✔ Establish and maintain scalable testing frameworks, quality metrics, and release validation procedures.

✔ Lead QA planning activities and ensure comprehensive test coverage throughout the software development lifecycle.

✔ Mentor and support QA team members to improve testing capabilities, automation coverage, and engineering excellence.

Test Automation Engineering

✔ Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks using tools and technologies such as:

• Python
• Selenium WebDriver
• Playwright
• PyTest
• API Testing Frameworks

✔ Create and execute automated test scripts for:

• Functional Testing
• Regression Testing
• Integration Testing
• End-to-End Testing
• API Testing

✔ Continuously improve automation coverage and testing efficiency.

AI Testing & Validation

✔ Design and execute testing strategies for AI-powered applications and intelligent systems.

✔ Validate AI-generated outputs for:

• Accuracy
• Consistency
• Reliability
• Performance
• Business Requirements Compliance

✔ Identify potential risks, biases, hallucinations, and unexpected AI behavior.

✔ Develop testing methodologies for Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, and machine learning-powered features.

✔ Collaborate with AI and development teams to improve system quality and trustworthiness.

Performance & Load Testing

✔ Develop and implement performance testing strategies for web applications, APIs, and AI-driven systems.

✔ Conduct:

• Load Testing
• Stress Testing
• Scalability Testing
• Endurance Testing

✔ Identify performance bottlenecks and recommend optimization strategies.

✔ Analyze system behavior under varying workloads and provide performance improvement recommendations.

CI/CD & DevOps Integration

✔ Integrate automated testing frameworks into CI/CD pipelines.

✔ Support continuous testing and quality validation throughout the deployment lifecycle.

✔ Collaborate with DevOps teams to improve deployment quality, release confidence, and production stability.

✔ Ensure quality gates and automated validation mechanisms are incorporated into delivery workflows.

Defect Management & Quality Monitoring

✔ Identify, document, prioritize, and track software defects through resolution.

✔ Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and quality concerns.

✔ Monitor software quality trends and recommend process improvements.

✔ Ensure timely validation of bug fixes and software releases.

Reporting & Quality Metrics

✔ Prepare and maintain:

• Test Plans
• Test Cases
• Automation Reports
• Defect Reports
• Performance Analysis Reports
• Quality Metrics Dashboards

✔ Present testing results, quality insights, and risk assessments to project stakeholders and management.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

✔ Work closely with Developers, Product Managers, Business Analysts, DevOps Engineers, and AI Teams.

✔ Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release planning activities.

✔ Contribute to quality-focused decision-making throughout project execution.
