Responsibilities & Context

  • Provide technical support for Industrial Lubricants (IL) and Automotive Lubricants (AL), ensuring customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with prime dealers and strategic distributor partners across major cities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to align with sales support objectives, enhancing business growth and market penetration.
  • Execute marketing programs and effectively coordinate sales promotion activities to support brand presence.
  • Collaborate with existing accounts and the sales team to organize seminars, customer clinics, and events for AL customers.
  • Implement engineering services at key accounts, ensuring tailored solutions and optimal product application.
  • Deliver engineering support to customers and channel partners, offering guidance on product recommendations, lubrication assessments, product upgrades, new product introductions, and troubleshooting.
  • Drive new business acquisitions and conversions, identifying growth opportunities in the market.
  • Serve as an engineering, services, and technical sales resource for the field sales team, providing guidance and expertise.
  • Identify and address customer needs, providing timely solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct sales training sessions for technical staff and customers to increase knowledge of products and applications.
  • Promote the use of the used oil condition monitoring program to customers and the broader industry.
  • Generate comprehensive engineering reports and documentation based on investigations and findings at customer sites.
  • Travel to strategic and key accounts to provide on-site technical support and ensure customer requirements are met.
