Age between 25 and 40 years.

Minimum 10 years of proven experience in a Costing Department.

Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with software applications such as ERP, SAP, Tally, or similar systems.

High level of computer literacy, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to exercise sound independent judgment and decision-making.

Conduct cost estimation, process analysis, SMV calculations, material utilization studies, time and motion analysis, capacity planning, continuous improvement initiatives, data analysis, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.

Oversee production processes to ensure the highest standards of quality and operational efficiency.

Maintain a strong focus on cost control, including budget management and monitoring of operational overhead expenses.

Monitor and evaluate factory pilot processes to ensure process stability and readiness for mass production.

Continuously update and manage the factory data bank to optimize operations, processes, and overall business productivity.

Coordinate production workflows and all supporting activities to achieve organizational and business objectives.

Track factory operations, identify bottlenecks, and proactively implement solutions to ensure smooth production flow.

Recommend optimal utilization of space, manpower, materials, and equipment within production facilities.

Identify bottleneck areas, conduct in-depth analysis, and remain engaged until issues are fully resolved.

Propose innovative ideas and improved methods to enhance productivity and product quality.

Maintain and monitor inventory levels to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Provide product costing expertise to the Product Development team throughout the product development cycle, advising on key cost drivers and cost-optimization strategies to meet margin targets.

Forecast sales and profitability, prepare budgets upon job completion, and manage budgets accordingly.

Monitor stock movement and recommend appropriate actions such as markdowns, promotions, price adjustments, and stock clearances.
