Responsibilities & Context

  • Manage HR Records and Databases: Maintain comprehensive HR records and databases to ensure accurate and accessible employee information.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and process essential documentation and reports related to HR activities.
  • Support Daily HR Operations: Assist in the administration of daily HR functions to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Recruitment Assistance: Support the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Initial Interview Coordination: Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers to ensure alignment.
  • Enhance Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Training Program Coordination: Organize and coordinate training and professional development programs for employees.
  • Training Material Development: Assist in creating training materials to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Payroll and Benefits Support: Assist in preparing and processing payroll and benefits for employees.
  • Compensation Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate records of employee compensation to ensure transparency.
  • Employee Inquiries Management: Address employee inquiries related to payroll and benefits promptly and accurately.
  • Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to promote a safe work environment.
  • Health and Safety Policy Updates: Maintain and update health and safety policies to reflect current practices and regulations.
  • Safety Audits and Risk Assessments: Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
  • HR Policy Development Support: Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to support organizational goals.
  • Employee Relations Support: Provide support in handling employee relations issues and resolving conflicts effectively.
  • Maintain Employee Relations Records: Keep accurate records of employee relations cases for reference and analysis.
