Responsibilities & Context

  • Assist in managing day-to-day commercial operations, ensuring alignment with company policies and objectives.
  • Support the negotiation and execution of contracts with suppliers, clients, and partners.
  • Monitor and manage the procurement process, including inventory control, vendor coordination, and timely delivery of goods.
  • Analyze market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities to support decision-making and business strategies.
  • Assist in preparing and processing commercial documents, including purchase orders, invoices, and shipping documents.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, including customs, taxes, and legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as finance, logistics, and production, to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Prepare reports on sales performance, cost management, and profitability for management review.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings in commercial operations.
  • Participate in training sessions to develop a strong understanding of the company’s commercial strategies and goals.
  • Perform any additional tasks assigned by senior management to support the commercial department.
