Responsibilities & Context

Prepare technical reports, documentation, and performance analyses as required.

Identify operational challenges and recommend effective solutions for improvement.

Conduct research and experiments to develop, optimize, and enhance formulations and processes.

Assist with the analysis and testing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Work closely with the R&D team to develop innovative solutions for product development and optimization.

Prepare technical reports, presentations, and supporting documentation based on experimental results and findings.

Ensure all research activities comply with applicable safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

Keep up to date with the latest developments in chemical technologies and related fields to support the organization’s innovation initiatives.

Assist in implementing process improvement measures and cost-reduction initiatives.
