Responsibilities & Context

  • Support recruitment, employee training, professional development, and performance evaluation processes.
  • Provide one-on-one counselling to address absenteeism and tardiness, encouraging discipline and punctuality among employees.
  • Assist in preparing monthly HR reports, including relevant workforce data and performance insights.
  • Contribute to the implementation of quarterly performance appraisal activities across the organization.
  • Develop presentation materials, scripts, and reports related to HR development initiatives.
  • Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
  • Support the HR Manager in designing and implementing personalized recovery programs to promote positive behavioral practices among supervisors and staff.
  • Establish reporting frameworks and prepare daily, monthly, and quarterly reports.
  • Offer constructive counselling to employees with grievances, guiding them toward solutions that support both individual well-being and organizational goals.
