Responsibilities & Context
PRAN-RFL Group, one of Bangladesh’s leading and most diversified business conglomerates, is seeking energetic, ambitious, and career-driven individuals for the position of Management Trainee Officer – HR. This role offers an excellent opportunity for aspiring HR professionals to gain hands-on experience across various Human Resources functions at both Head Office and Factory locations.
The selected candidates will receive comprehensive exposure to end-to-end HR operations and collaborate closely with business leaders to support effective workforce management and organizational development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business units to identify manpower requirements, prepare job descriptions, and execute recruitment activities from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source, screen, assess, interview, and onboard qualified candidates to ensure timely talent acquisition.
- Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline while supporting campus recruitment, internship programs, and management trainee initiatives.
- Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and HR databases while ensuring data confidentiality and compliance.
- Assist in attendance, leave, overtime, and payroll-related activities in accordance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Support HR compliance, audits, documentation, and employee lifecycle management processes.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, confirmation, transfer, promotion, and separation procedures efficiently.
- Identify organizational training needs through performance reviews and stakeholder feedback.
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and delivering training programs, workshops, orientation sessions, and employee development initiatives.
- Maintain training records and evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development programs.
- Support employee engagement, performance management, and leadership development initiatives to foster a high-performance culture.
- Work closely with business leaders and departmental teams to ensure smooth implementation of HR policies and practices.
