  • Current final-year student at the University of IBA in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Law, or a related field. Graduates are also welcome to apply.
  • Prior experience or internships in contract management, impact investing, or related fields is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of contract law and experience with contract management.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
  • Familiarity with impact measurement frameworks and reporting standards.
  • Deep commitment to creating social impact and driving positive change.
  • Extremely strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities & Context

Contract Management:

  • Draft, review, and manage all contracts related to impact projects and investments.
  • Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations, particularly those relating to impact performance metrics and reporting.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure contract terms are met and any issues are resolved promptly.

Impact Management & Reporting:

  • Assist in developing and implementing the impact measurement framework in line with the company's goals and the specific requirements outlined in contracts.
  • Collect, manage, and analyze data to monitor the performance of impact initiatives.
  • Prepare and submit detailed impact reports to stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines.

Impact Investments:

  • Support the team in identifying, evaluating, and managing impact investment opportunities.
  • Analyze the financial and social returns of impact investments and assist in making data-driven recommendations.
  • Collaborate with investors, partners, and internal teams to ensure the successful execution of impact investment projects.

Training & Development:

  • Participate in training programs to enhance understanding of impact management, investment analysis, and contract administration.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in impact investing and social enterprise management.

Compliance & Risk Management:

  • Ensure that all impact initiatives comply with local regulations and company policies.
  • Identify potential risks in impact projects and investments and develop strategies to mitigate them.
