Responsibilities & Context

* Build and maintain strong relationships with North American clients and vendors, resolving issues promptly and ensuring high-quality service.
* Handle client complaints consistently, providing resolutions that build long-term relationships.
* Create sales plans and strategies to generate revenue and meet deadlines.
* Ensure continuous support for installation services, including contract negotiation, performance management, and billing approvals.
* Analyze contractor metrics to identify trends and provide necessary feedback or corrective action.
* Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs and deliver projects on time.
* Proactively address potential issues to prevent operational disruptions.
* Analyze and check the quality of service done by the vendor as per client requirements.
* Sort, prepare and convey the completion results and bids to the client.
* Identify root causes of quality issues and develop solutions to prevent recurrence.
* Work with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and maintain quality standards throughout the organization.
* Provide training and support to staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
* Follow the instructions of the assigned supervisor and deliver the task as per instructions.
