• Understand and communicate the working procedures of the section (SOPs, Flow Charts, Policies) and ensure the team is consistently updated on them.
• Study and assist in the preparation of production plans that align with capacity utilization, aiming for 100% capacity usage at minimal cost.
• Help prepare product-wise plans with targets that align with the central shipment plan, floor line plan, and manpower plan.
• Actively participate in all pre-production activities, including size-set cutting, PP meetings, pilot runs, and ensuring priority-based work progress.
• Assist in tracking the progress of file receipt, fabrics, accessories, sampling, pre-production activities, cutting, print-embroidery, sewing, washing, finishing, and shipment, especially for print and embroidery done outside of production and the sending/receiving process.
• Assist in coordinating with the fabrics team for fabric availability, the merchandising team for accessories, and the cutting and print-embroidery teams to ensure timely input for sewing and finishing to shipment.
• Follow up on the availability or shortage of raw materials and actual production to ensure timely completion and on-time shipment, particularly regarding print and embroidery sends/receives.
• Identify gaps between planned and actual performance and take effective action to address and minimize those gaps.
• Prepare reliable reports and monitor them on a daily, monthly, and yearly basis to support the achievement of shipment targets and future decision-making.
• Collaborate with staff, different departments, senior management, and decision-makers to share information and drive action.
• Work collectively to set and achieve departmental goals/targets, including capacity utilization, supply chain efficiency, and on-time delivery, on both a monthly and yearly basis.
