Key Responsibilities in the SCM Department:

• Identify, assess, and build strong partnerships with suppliers, while negotiating contracts to secure favorable pricing and quality standards.

• Prepare purchase orders, track shipments, and ensure on-time procurement of raw materials and finished goods.

• Monitor and control procurement expenses, identify opportunities for cost savings, and manage budgets efficiently.

• Design and implement purchasing strategies to improve efficiency, minimize costs, and guarantee timely deliveries.

• Develop contingency plans to manage risks and maintain uninterrupted supply in case of operational challenges.
