Responsibilities & Context

  • Assist in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding new talent.
  • Support designing and implementing training programs that foster employee growth and skill development.
  • Help create and execute HR strategies that enhance recruitment and training operations.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about recruitment trends and industry insights.
  • Assist in developing and streamlining HR systems, tools, and processes.
  • Help organize employee engagement programs and training sessions to strengthen team collaboration.
  • Collaborate with various teams to understand and fulfill organizational talent needs.
