Responsibilities & Context

The HR Manager will play a crucial role in formulating and implementing HR strategies aligned with the company’s mission, with a strong preference for female candidates from the startup/MNC/ technology industry. This position involves collaboration with the management team to drive strategic planning and decision-making aimed at achieving organisational success. The HR Manager will oversee all HR functions, including compensation, benefits, and payroll management, ensuring compliance with legal regulations. Additionally, the HR Manager will foster a collaborative work environment and enhance employee engagement through effective talent management and operational efficiency.
  • Formulate and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s mission, collaborating with the management team to drive strategic planning and decision-making to achieve overall organisational success.
  • Lead and manage all payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Design and manage recruitment strategies aimed at attracting, retaining, and onboarding top talent, while building a diverse talent pool.
  • Deliver comprehensive and dynamic reports to management on HR initiatives and key performance indicators (KPIs), including payroll and employee costs, to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Oversee HR operations to ensure efficiency and alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll administration to ensure adherence to current NBR (National Board of Revenue) and tax regulations.
  • Directly supervise and lead the HR team, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment to maximise team performance and productivity.
  • Oversee employee rewards, benefits, and recognition programs to ensure fairness, while developing talent strategies focused on growth, retention, and succession planning.
  • Ensure HR policies are compliant with legal standards, tax regulations, and labour laws, effectively communicating updates while managing audits and reporting.
  • Address employee grievances and concerns promptly to maintain a harmonious and productive work environment.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace characterised by open communication, continuous feedback, and data-driven improvements to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by management to support the company’s overall goals.
