Professional Experience

  • 10–15 years of proven experience in senior management roles within the travel and tourism industry.

  • Extensive expertise in tour operations, office management, IATA & BSP processes, airline reservation/ticketing systems, and visa support services.

Leadership & Business Skills

  • Exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making abilities.

  • Demonstrated track record of scaling and managing travel business operations successfully.

  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budget planning, cost control, and revenue optimization.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in global airline reservation systems such as Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo, and airline portals.

  • Strong command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and analysis.

  • Familiarity with ERP systems and financial management software.

Communication Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Bangla.

  • Strong negotiation and client relationship management capabilities.

  • Ability to handle complex challenges, manage crises, and perform effectively under pressure.

We are looking for an experienced Manager to lead company operations, drive strategic growth, and oversee financial performance. This role demands strong leadership, deep industry expertise, and the ability to manage a dynamic, fast-paced travel business.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Business Growth

  • Develop and execute business strategies to enhance growth, profitability, and market positioning.

  • Set organizational goals and analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities.

  • Build and maintain partnerships with airlines, hotels, and global travel service providers.

Operational Management

  • Oversee all operational departments: ticketing, visa processing, tour management, sales, and finance.

  • Ensure smooth delivery of all travel-related services across the company.

  • Improve and optimize operational processes for enhanced efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Sales, Marketing & Client Relations

  • Develop and execute marketing and promotional plans to attract new clients.

  • Maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, government bodies, and travel partners.

  • Strengthen the brand presence both locally and internationally.

Financial & Budget Management

  • Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, revenue tracking, and expense control.

  • Oversee IATA BSP operations and ensure compliance with airline financial regulations.

  • Manage financial reporting, auditing, and risk mitigation.

Team Leadership & HR Development

  • Lead, mentor, and supervise department heads and key executives.

  • Provide ongoing coaching, training, and performance evaluations.

  • Foster a motivated, goal-driven, and high-performing workplace culture.

Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure compliance with IATA guidelines, airline policies, visa regulations, and government travel laws.

  • Identify and address operational, legal, and financial risks.

  • Stay updated on global travel regulations and industry best practices.
