Manager-Accounts & Finance

 

• Strong knowledge of statutory legislation, regulations, and compliance requirements.

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership position.

• Good computer literacy, including MS Office and accounting software such as Tally.

Arrow Footwear Limited, a 100% export-oriented and fully compliant footwear manufacturer, is seeking an experienced, skilled, and professionally minded candidate to join its Accounts & Finance Department.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations and financial information systems.

• Monitor accounting records and ensure timely preparation of Profit & Loss Accounts and Balance Sheets.

• Develop and implement effective tax strategies while ensuring compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations.

• Ensure compliance with Taxation, RJSC, and internal and external audit requirements.

• Maintain strong working knowledge of LC (Letter of Credit) processes.

• Coordinate with relevant departments and business units on accounting and financial matters.

• Ensure accurate recording of purchases and related expenses.

• Monitor LATR opening and settlement, including proper recording of bank interest.

• Ensure accurate calculation and recording of foreign exchange gains/losses.

• Perform and maintain regular bank reconciliations.

• Review and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and reports for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with reporting standards.

• Ensure proper compliance with tax and VAT deduction at source and other statutory requirements.

• Reconcile client ledgers and ensure timely balance confirmations.

• Monitor the overall accounts and finance requirements of assigned business concerns.

• Prepare budgets, financial reports, and financial trend analyses to support Management decision-making.

• Ensure all accounting documentation and statutory/internal audit requirements are properly maintained while identifying opportunities for cost reduction.

• Analyze and coordinate the appropriate equity and debt financing mix based on business requirements.

• Conduct cost-benefit analysis of business processes and identify opportunities to operate at optimal cost.

• Perform other accounts and finance-related responsibilities assigned by Top Management.
