Key Responsibilities:
HR & Administration Management:
Plan, assign, and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly tasks across departments using CRM/Google Sheets.
Support client communications, inquiries, and appointment scheduling as needed.
Implement senior management directives to ensure departmental alignment.
Motivate, mentor, and guide employees to achieve performance targets and organizational goals.
Manage HR documentation, including employee records, contracts, ID cards, and HR databases.
Prepare HR letters, memos, office orders, and other official correspondence.
Maintain and update records such as attendance, leave, personal files, and other compliance documentation.
Oversee office operations, including cleanliness, safety, space planning, security, utilities, and equipment maintenance.
Arrange and document meetings, including agendas and minutes.
Support day-to-day administration, including recruitment, leave management, legal affairs, and HR MIS updates.
Recruitment & Talent Management:
Forecast hiring needs, identify talent gaps, and implement strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, assessments, offer letters, and onboarding.
Facilitate performance management processes, including quarterly and annual evaluations.
Assist with employee confirmations, onboarding, and exit procedures.
Finance & Reporting:
Prepare daily, monthly, and annual financial statements and reports.
Conduct expense analysis, recommend cost-saving measures, and perform internal audits for financial control.
Assist with invoice processing, petty cash management, and basic financial tracking.
Generate employee KPI reports, team performance summaries, and cross-department productivity reports.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both Bengali and English.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Drive; knowledge of accounts and CRM software is essential.
Typing proficiency: English (30 WPM) and Bengali Bijoy (20 WPM).
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work under pressure with a proactive attitude.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and documentation skills.
Ability to foster a positive and professional work environment and handle employee relations effectively.
Other Responsibilities:
Ensure cost control and budget management.
Supervise and motivate department employees, ensuring high productivity.
Maintain a professional and welcoming environment for clients and visitors.
Perform any other tasks as assigned by management.
