Responsibilities & Context
We are seeking a talented and proactive Marketing Professional to lead marketing campaigns, optimize content for accessories using analytics and keyword research, and research advertising and layout trends to expand marketplace presence.
Industry Expertise:
- Possess extensive knowledge and experience in the Apparel Labels and Print Packaging sectors.
Buyer Sourcing & Order Management:
- Identify and engage with new buyers, secure orders, and ensure effective communication and follow-up on shipments.
Product Costing & Development:
- Demonstrate expertise in product costing and pricing procedures, managing development activities independently.
Client Account Management:
- Oversee client accounts from inquiry to shipment, handling all buyer-related activities such as price quoting, negotiation, and sourcing autonomously.
Order Execution & Coordination:
- Maintain close coordination with buyers for order booking, processing, follow-ups, and delivery planning.
- Act as a central coordinator among all parties to ensure timely execution and delivery of orders.
Commitment to Deadlines:
- Ensure proper follow-up and adherence to timelines provided by buyers/customers.
Collaboration with Production & Quality Teams:
- Work closely with production teams to guarantee on-time shipments.
- Collaborate with QA teams to ensure top-notch product quality from initial stages to final production.
Quality Assurance:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of quality throughout the production process.
Client & Supplier Coordination:
- Organize and manage customer and supplier visits while deploying resources as needed.
Market Research & Content Optimization:
- Analyze advertising trends and accessories layouts to enhance marketplace impact.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize content and design strategies.
