We are now seeking a dynamic and energetic individual to join our team as Manager - Bread & Bun Line.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan and supervise production activities to meet daily production demands while maintaining consistent product quality, in accordance with established standards and procedures.

Take initiatives to improve productivity, control process losses, and reduce production machinery downtime to achieve cost-effective operations.

Motivate, lead, and train employees to foster leadership development and promote professionalism across the team.

Maintain optimal inventory levels by efficiently managing and controlling material flow.

Ensure the implementation of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), FSMS (Food Safety Management System), and other relevant ISO standards to guarantee the production of safe, high-quality food.

Prepare work schedules for production staff to optimize workforce engagement and productivity.

Generate management reports for performance evaluation and effectively communicate information to higher management while maintaining the proper chain of command.
