Candidate should have practical experience in Building Construction Works.
The candidate should have experience and strong knowledge in Civil Engineering specially in the Supervision of building finishing works and maintenance works.
Comply with legal requirements, building and safety codes, and other regulations.
Monitoring contractor productivity and efficiency to ensure work is completed within established schedules.
Accepting material deliveries and tracking material delivery status.
Prepare Site Materials Estimation, Contractor Bill Checking & Requisition.
Checking the quality of materials & works.
Any other relevant responsibilities assigned by the management.
