Responsibilities & Context

  • Maintain close contact with ACCORD (RSC) regarding building safety, and closely monitor and coordinate structural remediation work as recommended by the consultant upon receiving approval.
  • Review and analyze the Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) provided by the buyers and internal auditors concerning safety-related requirements for the rectification, improvement, remediation, and repair of buildings and structures.
  • Conduct site visits to company construction projects and submit reports to management on the current status.
  • Prepare and update project Gantt charts (Master Work Program) and Tracking Gantt charts using MS Project, and provide regular reports to management.
  • Oversee civil works in the construction of the factory building, ETP, WTP, warehouse, utility building, manufacturing building, sub-station, and other infrastructure. Assist with overall construction activities by proposing, coordinating, planning, overseeing, and obtaining approval from higher authorities for relevant details regarding the implementation of new building and ETP plant construction projects, as well as the maintenance of existing buildings, structures, and facilities, as directed by management.
  • Build networks and work closely with contractors, consultants, and report regularly to senior management.
  • Prepare the budget and submit a cash flow chart for approval.
  • Conduct detailed cost analysis prior to signing requisitions.
  • Perform any other tasks as assigned by management.
