  • Experience in ERP Software will get preference.        
  • Computer Literacy with Good knowledge in MS Excel and Email experience.       
  • Proficiency in English.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Manage local LC transactions including opening, acceptance, and settlement with banks.
  • Ensure compliance with all LC terms and conditions for local suppliers and buyers.
  • Communicate with banks to resolve any LC-related issues or discrepancies.
  • Oversee the acceptance process of financial documents related to local purchases and sales.
  • Ensure timely processing of party acceptance documents in accordance with company policies.
  • Handle banking instruments such as demand drafts, payment orders, and bank guarantees smoothly.
  • Liaise with banks to prepare, modify, and settle LCs for local transactions.
  • Supervise the issuance and verification of Chalan for local product deliveries and returns.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure efficient execution of all commercial processes.
  • Prepare and submit periodic reports on commercial activities, party acceptance, LC status, and transaction records to senior management.
  • Provide feedback to improve commercial operations and streamline documentation processes.
  • Ensure timely preparation and management of all commercial documents related to local transactions.
  • Handle necessary documentation including Chalan, invoices, delivery orders, and party acceptance letters.
  • Verify and maintain records for accuracy and compliance with organizational standards.
  • Execute additional responsibilities as assigned by management from time to time.
