• Prepare and organize factories to successfully undergo various audits, including SEDEX, WRAP, Walmart, Accord & Alliance, C-TPAT, GSV, FCA, and other ethical, environmental, technical, building, electrical, fire safety, and supply chain security audits.

• Review, update, and implement company policies, codes of conduct, workplace standards, worker handbooks, and training frameworks.

• Plan and conduct dedicated compliance training programs for factory staff and workers.

• Enhance workers’ physical and mental well-being to help them meet high productivity and quality standards.

• Ensure safe, healthy, and compliant working conditions across all factory locations.

• Educate employees on labor laws, ILO standards, ISO requirements, human rights, codes of conduct, and company policies.

• Ensure timely and accurate provision of wages, overtime payments, leave entitlements, rest facilities, and statutory compensation.

• Establish, monitor, and maintain effective grievance handling and disciplinary procedures.

• Enforce buyer codes of conduct, factory regulations, and compliance requirements across all departments.

• Complete and submit pre-audit questionnaires and corrective action plans (CAPs) to buyers within specified timelines.

• Conduct internal pre-assessments to identify gaps and prepare factories to meet buyer expectations prior to official audits.

• Perform regular factory inspections to identify new compliance issues and recommend prompt corrective actions to management.

• Maintain ongoing communication and coordination with buyers.

• Foster positive and harmonious relationships between workers, factory management, and senior leadership.

• Organize regular meetings, training sessions, workshops, and social or cultural programs.

• Coordinate with buyer-appointed third-party audit firms and prepare factories according to audit requirements.

• Arrange mandatory environmental testing, including ETP wastewater, stack emissions, ambient air quality, noise levels, and drinking water, and submit reports to regulatory authorities on time.

• Ensure chemical management and compliance in line with buyer requirements.

• Communicate compliance standards, codes of conduct, and quality specifications to subcontractors on a regular basis.

• Assess subcontractor facilities using buyer-style audit criteria.

• Prepare and submit evaluation reports with findings and recommendations to management and buyers.
