  • 10 to 12 Years of Experience in Credit Management: Deep expertise in credit administration, control, monitoring, and risk management.
  • Strong Multitasking and Time Management Abilities: Skilled in prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Independent and Proactive: Self-driven and capable of working autonomously.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Proficient in both verbal and written communication.
  • Relationship Builder with High Trustworthiness: Able to establish rapport and foster trust with clients.
  • Problem Solver with Strategic Thinking: Skilled at identifying issues and devising effective solutions.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Certify New Credit Customers: Verify creditworthiness and maintain detailed records of all credit transactions.
  • Conduct On-Site Verification: Physically inspect customer establishments, confirm references, and review bank records as needed.
  • Oversee Balance Confirmation Process: Manage the issuance of balance confirmation letters and compile a summary report of feedback.
  • Calculate Security Deposit Interest: Perform interest calculations on security deposits and apply the necessary accounting adjustments.
  • Prepare Monthly Reporting: Generate regular reports on customer aging, debtor movements, and customer status.
  • Reconcile Trade Debtors: Perform reconciliation of accounts for trade debtors.
  • Collaborate with Senior Management: Work closely with leadership to minimize risk.
  • Provide Customized Credit Reports: Create tailored credit reports to accelerate collections.
  • Manage Advice and Adjustment Process: Oversee the complete process of issuing advice and making necessary adjustments.
  • Conduct Periodic Field Visits: Perform scheduled field visits, as assigned, and document findings to reduce discrepancies.
