Education


  • Bachelor/Honors, in Finance, Economics or related fields with a minimum CGPA of 3.00 throughout the academic life. Professional degrees like CFA/FRM shall be preferred.

Experience


  • 5 Year

Additional Requirements


  • 5 years of relevant experience in credit risk assessment, monitoring and reporting in a large financial institution.
  • Exceptional writing skills to prepare detailed, clear, and well-structured credit proposals.
  • Strong communication and reading skills in English; the role includes processing large volume of documents and identify the essence quickly
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Power Point is a must; competency in loan documentation for Project Financing is an added advantage.
  • Demonstratable understanding of project financing, corporate finance, renewable energy financing and ability to build, analyze, and interpret complex financial models are required.

RISK & SPECIAL ASSET MANAGEMENT
Duties and Responsibilities

  • Organize credit risk assessment and monitoring frameworks to ensure early identification, mitigation and timely assessment of potential risks scenarios in accordance with the Company and Bangladesh Bank's policies and guidelines.
  • Periodic review and update of existing Credit Risk Management framework and policies.
  • Devise methodologies, tools and processes that validate credit risk models during the full lifecycle of the debt/grant transactions
  • Identify industry best practices across other Local Financial Institutions/Development Financial Institutions and ability to implement the same on relevant cases.
  • To participate in visits across various locations within Bangladesh and adapt to the conditions to extract the required outcome
  • To work as team player to implement the credit risk management policies and other tasks, as assigned, in the organization.
