  • Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management abilities.

  • Skilled at building trust and establishing strong relationships.
  • Proficient in problem analysis and strategic solution development.
  • Able to handle challenging or impolite customers with resilience.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Certify all new credit customers by assessing their creditworthiness and maintaining detailed credit supply records.
  • Perform physical inspections of credit customers' establishments, verify references, and review bank records associated with credit applications as needed.
  • Manage the issuance of balance confirmation letters and compile feedback reports on balance confirmations.
  • Calculate interest on security deposits and ensure accurate accounting.
  • Prepare monthly reports on customer aging, debtor movement, and overall customer status.
  • Reconcile trade debtor accounts.
  • Collaborate with senior business team members to mitigate credit risks.
  • Generate tailored credit reports to facilitate timely collections.
  • Handle the complete process for issuing advice and adjustments.
  • Conduct periodic field visits as directed by the supervisor and prepare detailed reports to minimize inconsistencies.
