Responsibilities & Context

  • Develop comprehensive manufacturing project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to define objectives and deliverables
  • Estimate budgets, secure CAPEX approvals, and obtain necessary management approvals for project implementation
  • Establish milestones and monitor progress to ensure timely completion
  • Maintain detailed records of project plans, contracts, permits, and correspondence
  • Supervise construction activities to ensure adherence to approved designs, plans, and safety standards
  • Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance
  • Address on-site challenges promptly to avoid delays
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality
  • Review and approve contractor/vendor invoices and manage expenses
  • Identify and implement cost-saving measures
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and factory policies
  • Maintain quality control throughout the project lifecycle
  • Oversee inspections and secure necessary certifications upon completion
  • Develop contingency plans to address challenges proactively
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Monitor construction activities to minimize disruption to manufacturing operations
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to support project goals
  • Represent the organization in negotiations, industry events, and client engagements
  • Communicate project progress and outcomes effectively to all stakeholders
