• QMS Development and Maintenance:
• Develop and maintain the company’s Quality Management System (QMS), including policies, procedures, and work instructions, ensuring alignment with relevant standards and customer specifications.
• Ensure that all QMS documentation is up-to-date, accurate, and accessible to relevant personnel.
• Conduct regular reviews and audits of the QMS to assess its effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Quality Control and Assurance:
• Oversee quality control activities throughout the sweater manufacturing process, from raw materials to finished products.
• Establish quality standards and inspection procedures for each production stage.
• Monitor product quality, identifying any deviations from established standards.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions to resolve quality issues and prevent recurrence.
• Customer Focus:
• Understand and address customer quality requirements and expectations.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to product quality.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Team Leadership and Training:
• Supervise and mentor quality control staff, offering guidance and support.
• Develop and deliver training programs on quality management principles and procedures.
• Foster a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement within the organization.
• Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Collect and analyze quality data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
• Prepare regular reports on QMS performance and quality metrics for management review.
• Use data to drive decision-making and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Compliance and Audits:
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate and participate in internal and external audits of the QMS.
• Implement corrective actions to address audit findings and ensure ongoing compliance.
• Perform any other tasks as assigned by management.
