  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a growth-focused or performance-driven environment (SaaS, e-commerce, or technology sectors).
  • Expertise in paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.), SEO, SEM, content marketing, and email marketing.
  • Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, Hootsuite, and others.
  • Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques and tools.
  • Solid knowledge of the digital customer journey, analytics, and how to use data to drive performance improvements.
  • Experience with A/B testing, landing page optimization, and performance analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make recommendations.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver campaigns within set financial constraints.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
 
 
Preferred Skills:
 
  • Experience in the software & tech industry(e.g., SaaS, e-commerce, tech).
  • Knowledge of marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
  • Google Ads and/or Facebook Blueprint certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities & Context

The Manager, Digital Marketing will play a key role in the development, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns that drive business growth. You will be responsible for leading paid and organic digital marketing strategies, focusing on customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion optimization across digital channels. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, and you will work closely with cross-functional teams to align digital efforts with the company’s growth objectives.


Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution:
 
  • Develop and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including paid search (Google Ads, Bing), paid social (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram), display advertising, email marketing, SEO, and content marketing.
  • Continuously optimize digital campaigns for maximum performance, improving ROI, cost-per-acquisition (CPA), and conversion rates.
  • Conduct audience segmentation and develop targeted campaigns to improve engagement and drive qualified traffic to the website and landing pages.
  • Collaborate with other marketing functions to ensure digital efforts align with overall business and brand goals.
 
 
 
Performance Marketing & Analytics:
 
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital campaigns, such as traffic, engagement, conversion rates, and sales.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and others to track campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve results.
  • Optimize funnels and conversion paths to improve customer acquisition and retention.
  • Conduct A/B testing and other experimentation to enhance the effectiveness of digital campaigns.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies to identify new opportunities for digital growth.
 
 
 
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support:
 
  • Work closely with the content, design, and product teams to develop compelling, on-brand digital assets for campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure digital marketing efforts support sales objectives and enhance lead nurturing processes.
  • Provide strategic guidance to other teams on digital best practices, including SEO, paid advertising, social media, and email marketing.
  • Contribute to the development of landing pages, email templates, and other digital assets that align with campaign goals.
 
 
 
Budget Management & Reporting:
 
  • Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across various channels for maximum ROI.
  • Provide regular performance reports to leadership, highlighting campaign results, insights, and recommendations for further optimization.
  • Conduct cost analysis for paid media channels and develop strategies for improving campaign efficiency.
 
 
 
Continuous Optimization & Innovation:
 
  • Regularly assess and enhance digital marketing tactics based on performance data, industry trends, and market research.
  • Experiment with new digital channels, marketing tools, and techniques to push the boundaries of performance and growth.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the customer journey and improve user experience across digital touchpoints.
