  • Comprehensive knowledge of domestic and global financial regulations, as well as compliance standards.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory for effective communication.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Oversee the timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual corporate and regional financial reports, ensuring adherence to applicable financial frameworks and regulations.
  • Ensure precise and prompt submission of financial reports to the Head Office and local stakeholders, complying with global accounting principles and reporting protocols. Address ad-hoc requests from senior management for financial data and analyses with precision and speed.
  • Drive the formulation of yearly budgets and periodic financial forecasts, aligning them with the organization’s strategic vision and financial targets.
  • Leverage ERP systems like SAP and specialized platforms to integrate financial data, produce detailed reports, and perform in-depth financial evaluations.
  • Manage and oversee the accuracy and compliance of Receivables, Payables, and financial master data with corporate standards and operational policies.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external audits, providing comprehensive documentation, clarifications, and resolving any inquiries regarding financial matters.
  • Implement and monitor robust internal control systems for financial operations, safeguarding organizational assets and mitigating financial risks.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including Sales, Supply Chain, and Procurement, to ensure financial coherence and support business goals through strategic insights, cost-benefit analyses, and financial planning for investment and operational efficiency.
