Age requirement: 32 to 35 years
Strong working knowledge of ERP systems with advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Microsoft Excel
Prior experience in the RMG industry will be considered an added advantage
Dynamic, energetic, self-motivated, and well-organized with a positive and professional attitude
Comprehensive understanding of modern financial management practices, including VAT, Tax, and internal control systems
Manage day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting and maintaining accounting records such as cash books, ledgers, and related books of accounts for assigned projects.
Ensure strict compliance with organizational financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including proper filing and preservation of all financial documents as per company policy.
Ensure timely payment of VAT and Tax and collect all relevant payment certificates.
Assist the Director of Finance & Administration in preparing, implementing, and monitoring annual budgets.
Develop and implement effective budget tracking systems, conduct variance analysis, and submit monthly reports to the Director of Finance & Administration.
Oversee asset management processes, including asset tracking and monitoring through ERP/accounting software and maintenance of fixed asset registers.
Verify the accuracy, validity, and authorization of purchase documents (work orders, invoices, approvals) prior to payment processing.
Ensure full statutory compliance in accordance with the Income Tax Act 2023, VAT and Supplementary Duty Act 2012, and other applicable laws and regulations.
Supervise, guide, and mentor Finance & Accounts Officers to promote efficiency, accuracy, and teamwork.
Represent the Finance Department in meetings, including management committee and staff meetings, as required.
Conduct project site visits for financial monitoring, evaluation, and development purposes.
Provide auditors with necessary financial records, reports, and documentation and ensure timely completion of audits in line with donor, NGOAB, and NBR requirements.
Perform any other finance-related duties assigned by management to support organizational objectives.
