We are looking a dynamic and responsible "Manager” in Finance & Accounts Department for our Paramount Textile PLC Factory situated at Gilarchala, Sreepur, Gazipur.
Job Responsibilities
Manage the Finance & Accounts department and report to the Director-Finance & Management.
Make sure proper records in tally software of recognizing revenue, expenditure, and advances.
Oversee payroll activities, report on it, and support towards external audit.
Analyze production units’ performance, process loss, financial reports, and special analysis reports for the management.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, bi-annual, and annual budgets and variance analysis of the production units.
Make regular communications with the banks to support factory requirements.
Support the AGM, GM and DGM for preparation of various internal and external documents/ reports.
Support the department heads towards establishing an organized documentation system.
Support the team with any ad-hoc requirements, if and when necessary.
