Responsibilities & Context

  • Finishing Operations Oversight: Supervise finishing operations, ensuring smooth execution of inspections, including external audits by buying offices.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage finishing and packing teams effectively to achieve outstanding results.
  • Leadership & Problem-Solving: Exhibit strong production leadership and proactive problem-solving skills to address operational challenges.
  • Technical Expertise: Monitor day-to-day activities with technical precision to ensure efficiency and quality.
  • Quality Assurance: Analyze products, prepare for line feeding, and ensure first-time-right quality standards.
  • Shipment & Target Management: Track shipment plans, achieve packing targets, and balance finishing lines as needed to maintain productivity.
  • Performance Monitoring: Evaluate individual worker performance and optimize manpower allocation to ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and enforce the quality control system to uphold high operational standards.
  • Training & Development: Enhance team skills through training programs and foster continuous improvement.
  • Buyer Standards Compliance: Ensure machinery settings align with specific buyer standards and requirements.
  • Machinery Maintenance: Inspect machinery regularly, identify malfunctions, and coordinate repairs or part replacements.
  • Operational Updates: Maintain and update key operational data consistently to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Target Tracking: Monitor daily target achievements and ensure prompt follow-ups to meet deadlines.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Handle other finishing-related tasks and duties as required.
  • Management Support: Perform any additional assignments as directed by management.
