Supervise daily Shelter-SD activities in camps.
Monitor shelter quality, safety, and usage; ensure functionality and risk mitigation.
Plan distributions and promote proper use of shelter kits.
Design BCC/IEC materials and contribute to infrastructure design and planning.
Conduct awareness sessions and maintain work plans aligned with SCCCM guidelines.
Build team capacity through training and celebrate sector-related awareness days.
Monitor shelter construction/repairs; verify material quality and usage.
Conduct post-distribution monitoring (PDM) and maintain data records.
Guide community mobilization and ensure CHS, Sphere, and Do No Harm principles are followed.
Lead surveys, focus group discussions, and community meetings for need-based planning.
Support beneficiary identification and shelter assessments.
Coordinate with sector actors, CiCs, CMOs, NGOs, and UN agencies.
Participate in coordination meetings and organize training/orientations.
Ensure proper approvals (e.g., NoC) and maintain collaboration across stakeholders.
Facilitate understanding of budget processes and donor compliance.
Prepare weekly, monthly, and training reports; submit updates to relevant stakeholders.
Maintain both hard and digital records of project activities and distributions.
Assist in budget planning, procurement follow-up, and logistics coordination.
Submit timesheets, field reports, and completion reports on time.
